Continuum Discussion

In discussing a continuum of technology in educational practices and understanding the differences between static and dynamic technologies; I would consider myself as an educator and a pupil to fall in the first third of the dynamic technologies continuum. While I am far from an expert, technology is my profession and an everyday part of my learning and teaching agenda. Teaching for meaning, brain based learning and “directing cognitive resources toward learning”, (Chandler and Sweller, 1991); are all incorporated with technology as the guide and the means toward the goal of learning.
